I am now living vicariously through them as they sit five feet from Echo Victor himself.

Those kids in the front row will never forget it. Chad Smith rules - kind of Jacky but a little less swingy - quite the showman. (I love Matt too)
Too much sitting in the balcony - yes - PJ fans are mostly old and mostly rich
Glen opened and was greeted warmly and played a great short set with some cool guitar loops and his voice filled the room.
Ed’s pumped - dude just wants to play music! Spritzy rockers might be good - hard to really tell in live setting from balcony. But invincible and the Dark one sounded really solid. Was getting a beer during BtC - left for bathroom and beer during the haves for those scoring at home.
The woman in front of me in center first balcony stood a few times and I always happily joined in. I had to stand during NFY, dirty Frank, and porch.
Earthling should be solid and a Watt PJ album seems fun to me. I got Gigaton and would love more josh - but anything that keeps them motivated is good by me.
way exceeded expectations. others have said it: the energy from these guys is palpable. ed sounds great, seems sober (even though he introduced Pity when Dirty Frank was next). Chad is a beast, constantly peppering the crowd with drum sticks. on main floor a lot of drunk Bros - like a lot. was hoping for another rare debut, but man that was a fun show.evenslow wrote:FT_Drummer wrote:Long time lurker.
