A short pee this AM. Maybe a little too much on the yellow side, but I am now hydrating up.

Very well hydrated and going on a regular basis this AM. Really invading the men's room a lot at the office. Have had to use urinal and traditional toilet due to high traffic in there.
Almost time for lunch, and boy, am I excited to pee at home for lunch. Yesterday, I added those bleach cleaning cubes to the toilet and have been loving the smell of fresh bleach with every flush.
Happy pissing, everyone.

My hydration levels continue to soar (thanks to healthy foods and drinks this week) and my pee has never been stronger, faster, clearer....

I've really watched my diet this week (both food and drink) and I feel about as hydrated as can be.
I know this because my pee is effortless, strong, not smelly, clear, etc. I swear the bottom of the urinal is making a thumbs up sign at me every time I go!
Thank you Mr. Urinal, sir, I love you!

Like I wrote in the poop thread, I was feeling a little bloated this AM. My fingers were even swollen. Too much salt in my meal last night?
Anyway, had some water and other fluids and now I am feeling much better. Pee is clear and strong.
Fingers no longer swollen.

I had some great pee to go along with the experience below so reposting what I posted to the poop thread below:
I'm finished going for the day. Hey, it is what it is. I am properly empty. Both in my mind and stomach.
My next visit to the throne will probably happen tomorrow morning. I'd love to have a nice clean - ZERO HIGH MAINTENACE - poop in the morning before my kid's soccer match.
There are people (GF and her two kids) staying at my place this weekend, so it will make getting some "alone time" hard, but I've got a few tricks up my sleeve.
The key thing is - when you have people at your house - you can't overthink the poo. Not in the mood to go in the AM like usual? No worries, friend. Just be patient. It will come.
This is how I deal with people in my house and the subject of poo.
As you all know, I am very good at going in public restrooms (even a nasty Target or Dunks on occasion), sporting events, heck, I'm sure I could lay one out at the beach if need be, too.
I hope that you have a little time to think about this and your poop journey this weekend.
Look out for that hurricane, though, it's far away from land but we will still see some effects.

Pee flow is strong and steady. Very little yellow. Nice and clear. Hit the seat with pee and wiped it off.

Pee is a strong clear flow.
I'm bumping this and asking the pee regulars to all commit to an update today.

Last few days, I’ve been fine during the day, but once I get in bed I keep getting urges to pee. Like only 5-10 minutes apart. Have an appt with my doc for Friday.

Hang in there, Spike and keep us posted. No shame.
