Ed's practically Mother Teresa in comparison
I wouldn’t use her as an example in this contest unless I wanted to really insult somebody with this comparison.

-he’s suing an EB philanthropic fund
-the band is paying their tour artists in merch
2) the details on that were far from clear and Ed's own EB charity is legit as I have shown through links and info I posted
3) source?
2) I’m not challenging the legitimacy of Ed’s charity at all, only that he’s being weirdly litigious about something that helps sick kids, based on the info we have

You've clearly read more about the person than I have, Val. Feel free to use whoever makes you feel better to connect whatever dots I was meaning to imply with the comparisonVal wrote:Mother Teresa lived off Baby Doc Duvalier’s money and ran a chain of scam “hospitals” where they deprived patients of medicines telling them than pain was Jesus kissing them.oneway23 wrote:Perry Farrell requested 62.5% of all Jane's songwriting publishing on the eve of recording Nothing Shocking or said he was quitting.tragabigzanda wrote: -he took 40% of the royalties decades ago

This is same as my take as well. Punk PJ is my second least favorite version of PJ but this is one of their best takes on it and it’s fun. Solid 3 stars on two listens.DDWJMUVW wrote:Vindicator wrote:Lukin is a DIFFERENT kind of word salad. In a good way. He's screaming on Lukin. He's letting it rip. It's different to an Ole / Superblood spritz word salad.
Lukin is 1 minute long. I don't even consider it a song. It's truly filler a la wasted reprise, aye, red dot, etc.
Just took a third listen - like it more and more. It's never gonna be a 5 star track but, honestly, I think it COULD be their best version of a quick punk effort.
Ed could be spot on in that regard (best work yet). Oh and I love the guitars. It's been a long time since we heard REAL distortion on the guitars. Too much bluesy crunch over the last 15 years. S/T had a good bit of it, but since then, not much.
what about the IDLESesque intro?tragabigzanda wrote:I will admit I also like the bridge
