Future Days is cringy but maybe it’s better as an Ed solo song?
Maybe next year I can go. I’ve been to two; one was wonderful, essentially idyllic. The other was ruined by one particular ass munch which makes festival shows luck of the draw more so than usual
Who is the ass munch?

Never once bitched about a thing with Pearl jam! Or walked out of a show then posted about it for years!

their NPR tiny desk concert came up on YT and I figured I should check it out
gave it like 20 seconds and was like 'hm' ... fast fwded a few mins in to see if it got any better, didn't - fast fwded a few mins more, still not better than... fast fwded again...
just didn't sound like very good musicians, didn't sound tight, instruments didn't sound good, music didn't seem either passionate or complex/interesting
felt like a very average band at a local bar

Anyone with SiriusXM planning on ripping the other Ohana performances?
(Asking for a friend!)

You spent the money to go to it but can’t pay fifteen bucks for the bootleg?

I think he meant the ones non-pearl jam performances that were broadcasted. Anyway, here are some of them sbd sourced and synced:

Hell yeah!
Can't get SiriusXM to work here, so yeah, I'm looking for the non-pj performances.
From memory, Jenny Lewis sounded great, so did Black Pumas & Sting too.

Catching up on these boots - Whale Song and Gremmie sounded great!
But the down-tuned run of Amongst the Waves / WFS / Habit / Leaving Here was ear-bleedingly brutal . Is it really necessary? If Ed can't sing these anymore, just don't play them! [End vent]

I didn't hear it on "Leaving Here" but your ears are better than mine.

The stuff they choose to tune down seems completely arbitrary sometimes.
Off He Goes? Better tune that down.
Blood? Nah, Ed will try that one in its original key.
