no, by high school i was burned out on baseball, had played for 10 years including tee ball, and people got kinda crazy at about that level, one of the last games of the season my last year had both teams pitchers throwing at batters and the coaches trying to get into a fight, and i just wanted to play ball. so i just got together with friends after that and got back yard football games, pick up basket ball games and we started playing in co ed softball leagues

i played a round last saturday right after it stopped raining, and even if my disc landed in nice grass it still managed to pick up a good bit of mud and stuff, and i forgot to take a towel, i threw like shit that round.

I much prefer when there's no snow on the ground to play, but I can't not play all winter, so I deal with it. I hurt myself last weekend out in the snow though. It was 10 or so F which wasn't a problem, it was the sheet of ice under the fresh inch of snow that got me. I slipped, threw my arm a funny way to catch myself and hurt my shoulder. So I'm sidelined for a bit while I get that sorted out.
