btw, i had a streak within a streak today. fourth day in a row today, and i went twice. 3.5 miles in 30 minutes and 3 miles in 25.

25 degrees fahrenheit on my ride in this morning. Supposed to be colder tomorrow. The stupid shit we do to keep streaks alive.

?? miles in 70 minutes
Fucking love this indoor track. 2 fast-ish guys were also running. I would lap one dude about every 3 laps and the other dude about every 5. Felt fantastic the entire time and basically sprinted the last 5 minutes. While running, I enjoyed the comedy of a local conservative talk radio show that seemed to think Ken Ham did a "wonderful" job debating Bill Nye. Once again, I couldn't be bothered to count laps.

5 miles in 35 minutes
Ran at 5 a.m. Another cool and overcast morning. Legs were a little sketchy after the decent effort I put in just 7 hours before. Looking forward to a nearly 40-hour break.
