Start tomorrow, 10 to 20 minutes will make a huge difference in how you feel, I've already got so much more energy after 5 days
I aint starting shit until I'm done with this bullshit at work.
Definitely get your work done, but there will always be something to keep you from doing it, you just need to make time
I know, right.
20 minutes, i walked half of it tonight and i still went just over a mile and a quarter

I have no idea what that is, does it give you steps to get to running a 5k from being a couch potato or something?

I'm doing the Gridiron Classic next Sunday before the Superbowl. It's the first ever NYRR race that I ever ran. I'm thrilled to be making my second annual appearance.
And I'm sorta hoping I can get in my 9 + 1 this year so that I'm pre-qualified for the NY Marathon next year. Could be cool to finally get that thing in. I'd hate to ever leave New York and not run the marathon.

I'm hoping I can run my first marathon this year. My wife an I are thinking about running the KC marathon together. It would be her fourth and my first. Neither of us have run KC before. Could be a fun way to get the first one out of the way before NYC.

I'm still too much of a weenie to run in the cold weather. I can't risk slipping on the ice without my vehicle.

treadmill run: 7.5 miles in an hour. i'm really happy about it. hadn't done more than 6.5 in an hour since the fractures last spring. i alternated between 7 mph and 8 mph for the first 6 miles, did 8.5 mph for the 7th mile, and then had almost 5 minutes to get the last half mile. in hindsight, i wish i'd just put in another 20 minutes and gone for 10 miles.
