i figured you'd rather go the cut in half metal garbage can method. i'm guessing that's the standard in alabama.

I'm curious how well smoking pork butt/shoulders would work in it. The reviews looked really positive.

When I changed jobs I was far away from Chick-fil-a. We moved buildings last week and now i'm close again. I'm trying to refrain.

I'm curious how well smoking pork butt/shoulders would work in it. The reviews looked really positive.
should be fine. this is an electric smoker, so it's designed to only cook at 225F, but that'll work.
