When I listen to Kanye, I only listen to complete albums.

I think I'm, in some respects, the opposite. His albums have always struck me as being fairly spotty, but when he lands on something, it's as good as it gets. I think about songs like Power or Black Skinhead, songs that, for me, so expertly encapsulate everything that's good about those albums and what he seems to be going for, and the albums as a whole tend to achieve that more infrequently. I'm curious if others feel that way, cause Kanye's definitely viewed as an album guy.
I tend to listen to rap albums in full and Kanye's albums follow that trend.

His first two albums are spotty, though they're debatably more special to me than anything he did later. I find "Graduation," "808's," and "MBDTF" all to be really satisfying listens all the way through, barring a track or two on each that doesn't really hit the spot. I haven't listened to "Yeezus" in a while but it struck me as a pretty cohesive record that just wasn't to my tastes lyrically.

The rumor all year long is that it's finished (and comments by those who have heard it seem to suggest it's been finished for a while) and that he was going to do a Beyonce-style release where the album just shows up for sale at midnight on iTunes. There were rumors that it would drop during his headlining set at Glastonbury. I'm sure now people will expect it to drop the night he gets Video Vanguard Award.

An MTV video vangaurd award seems like just about the silliest thing in the world. He should give it the minimum amount of acknowledgment required and nothing more.

He'll make a big deal out of it cause it's named after Michael Jackson, and he's not shy about his admiration for MJ.

Tomorrow marks the 10th anniversary of Kanye West’s sophomore album Late Registration, but it seems Yeezy is more interested in revisiting another one his classic LPs.

On Friday, September 25th, Kanye will give a full performance of 808s & Heartbreak at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale to the general public on September 4th through Ticketmaster.

"Amazing" seems like a bit of a reach. It's kinda cool.

The kids will no doubt be excited using the chalk made of Kanyes ground up bones and the lampshade crafted from his skin. The rest of him can probably be used for basic anatomy lessons.

Oh. I get it now. I thought it was just more of your ridiculous hyperbole. My fault.
