It's at the intersection of 495 and 95. You can be pretty much anywhere east of Worcester relatively quickly.

Yeah that's the way to do it, I take 140 the whole way there.
I usually go the standard way there, and take 95 to 495. But on the way out I avoid 495 at all costs.
