I'm the same way; my give a damn about sports in general has gone way down the past few years.

People like him for his size/mobility, kind of like Cam or Big Ben in that they are big guys that can move. But he never called plays in a huddle in college, so that is a pretty big downside.

This thread is jacked for me. When I click "view first unread post," it takes me to Ruddo's first post and doesn't grey out when I go back. Is this intentional? Is this my deflategate punishment?

Yep. Couple 'experts' said when Lynch was asked to construct plays on the white board it was a brutal. Like a kid writing cursive for the first time.

The QBs of this draft are going to be a full on dumpster fire of Jake Locker/Christian Ponder/Blaine Gabbert proportions...and there's no Cam Newton either

I agree. I'm glad Winston came along last year for the Bucs. Or I guess I should say I'm glad the Bucs were shitty two seasons ago.

i mean, it's just football. if the kid has half a brain and is willing to put the work in, he can get up to speed.

unfortunately, he scored an 18 on his wonderlic and scouts describe him as "spacey." good luck, denver.

I'm feeling pretty OK with the Zeke pick. His talent will be maximized with our line and his awesome blocking (literally did not fuck up once blocking his last year in college) will hope Romo a lot as well. He can get 15-20 carries a game and always be on the field for passing downs, and Morris is a perfect backup to spell him. Hopefully he's the real deal and we have a year like 2014 again.
