sorry if i sound corny here but maybe he came around the fact, like most adults do, that there are people underneath their physical and mediatic shells. i'm sure that Jill is a good person - and she doesn't look like she's encouraging anorexic behaviour.

It's gross and a genuine turn-off that they release more t-shirt designs than they do original songs these days.

The band doesn't seem to operate like a real band anymore. They're Kiss, Bon Jovi, U2, Metallica. Pretend bands, you know? Pretend bands can still be a lot of fun, of course, but they're not real bands.

Gatorade in the wine bottle.. that's about as weak as it gets. I miss real eddie.

To be honest, I found old Eddie to be a little bit of a drama queen and a jerk. I like him better now. he was probably a better artist when he was a drama queen jerk, though.

I thought the way they handled this was great. The thing was exploding on the radio when it was discovered from the fan club single, and rather than leave it to fester on its own, they at least put it out as a benefit for Kosovo refugees. So that happenstance hit ultimately went to public good.

Really, it was an excellent cover that ended up being played to death - and an outlayer that strangely brought a crossover audience in for a little while. Binaural certainly set the record straight and we were back to hard core Pearl Jam fans only after that.

agreed, it might be one of the best things they've done.

the Last Kiss thing was so bizarre. if 2013 Pearl Jam put out Last Kiss, it wouldn't make me flinch. But that it happened to '98 Pearl Jam... that's what was so strange to me
