I grew up in Big10 country, and I hate it and the fans more than any other in the country. And I currently live in SEC/ACC country, so that is saying something. Big 10 fans are the most smug, self-absorbed asshole douchebags*.
*for the most part. I'm sure those of you here on RM are perfectly fine.

Yeah, this No. 7 Michigan team really looks like it's ready to compete against the SEC.

And they survive.
They should fall bigtime in the polls, but likely won't.

The Colorado/Nebraska game had a very entertaining 4th quarter/overtime.

My neighbor is a big Noles fan. Just caught him out getting the mail during halftime. Long story short he was telling me he believes in Taggart. LOL

Delusional. Taggart might be a good coach but he's not gonna get the time--I doubt he lasts the year.

California passed the Fair to Play act Name Image and Likeness rules 73-0. This is awesome.
Hopefully a federal rule will come soon. Note to the NCAA, yeah, it's not unconstitutional, and there's already a massive difference between "Student - Athletes" in revenue sports and those not in revenue sports. This rule doesn't even effect member institutions at all, just the players in question. Now they can go hock sandwiches for Doctors and Associates without fear of losing their scholarship. Or Todd Gurley can sell 5 tshirts as Todd Gurley and you jerks can't say a damn thing. Can't wait to hear Dabo's opinion on this one.
This rule doesn't do anything but make it illegal for the NCAA to cancel a scholarship or eligibility for a person using what is theirs to make money.
Don't like it? Get rid of TV contracts, huge coaching salaries, giant stadiums and everything else professional about the NCAA. Go DIII.
The sky is falling, AHHHHH

So is every blue Chip going to want to play in California now?

It's a possibility yes, I would imagine the member institutions would want to quickly get together and ban California Universities from the post season etc. That's the usual hedge.
If the Federal Law passes or if similar other laws are passed in other states, the system for College Football and Basketball and every other sport becomes a lot more fair.
If someone wants to pay you for being you... good on em.
