Any of you dudes supplement your running with core workouts? I do a quick (10 minute max) routine of stretching, pushups, crunches, planks, and squats 4 or 5 times a week. But I'm getting bored with it. What else can I do in front of the TV for 10 minutes before bed?

I try and do planks while watching soccer games on tv. But mostly my core sucks. I was thinking a kettle bell routine might be good for core work.

Not sure my living room is wide enough for kettle bell swings

I wanna thank everyone for coming out this week and congratulate myself on placing first on the leaderboard. Kudos to T2B and guestT for finishing behind me 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Good job Dev. I bet the running weather in Canada right now is pretty ideal. Fox Valley Marathon here was stopped at 4:50 this weekend due to the heat.

It's just whoever logged the most miles during a week. So, Rob.

Join the crew Rangi. I think T2b might have to send you an invite but you would be welcomed.

I only have about 4 weeks left before I'm on crutches, so probably not worth it at the moment to be honest

We live in a practically identical climate and I don't let any weather change my plans. All the weather can do is affect my perfotmance. No excuses please.

The #1 spot will be mine this week. Coming off 4 days of rest, running the next 3 days, then doing a 6-hour race on a 3-mile loop on Saturday. Come at me, bros.
