Bloomberg committed to keeping his 100+ offices open through November even if he doesn't get the nomination and continuing to employ all the staff to support whoever the nominee is

So we’re mad at the socialists for their ideals and also for a willingness to compromise their ideals, I guess?

Donald Trump: “As President, I have the legal right to guide or end the prosecution of any criminal case.”

AOC: “If we gain the presidency, we need to abide by the checks and balances inherent in the system. A president can’t wave a magic wand.”

Bi_3: “I know which one of these is worth my time and contempt!”

Neither obviously, they are both correct. I actually support what AOC said there (which is why I posted that link) in that M4A is dream that wont happen, but a public option might based on what is achievable. In the nypost article there is a link to original huffpo article it quoted that goes deeper into the story. My contempt is for Bernie and that he continues the lie that M4A will be a thing in order to buy off the desperate and the delusional instead of proposing things that can be done in his lifetime.

Sounds like the kind of power a president would utilize pretty regularly. What are some 20th/21st century examples of this power being exercised?

I think Trump has been briefed about this but articulated it terribly (as always).

Bloomberg seems as prickish as most campaigns.
