You're probably right. I can't handle how crazy and radical and out there Mind Your Manners is. Thanks for clearing that up. Pearl Jam's experimentation has just gotten beyond my grasp with all of the ground breaking they're doing in Mind Your Manners. Revolutionary beyond my comprehension.
They're too fucking hardcore for you. I bet you wouldn't even carry a Labour flag at a protest.

Everything has to be black and white with you. OK, moving on.

Yep, it's nostalgia. Nostalgia for a time when every Pearl Jam album was gonna tear up your stereo/discman/tape deck for at the very least the first year after it came for because it was that fucking awesome and you couldn't stop listening to it even if you wanted to.
Backspacer is in my regular rotation. It passed the test of time for me, despite it's faults and blunders. But I enjoy the heck out of Johnny Guitar, ATW, Unthought, The End, etc, and it's been a couple of years, no?
I've got no problem with people enjoying later period Pearl Jam. I was inferring that the idea that "nostalgia" is the reason Vitalogy/No Code/Yield are held in high regard is asinine.

Well, it's not asinine, so breath in, breath out and stop being such a mentor on what peoples opinions should be.

Either Lounge Lizard has me confused with another poster or he's still got a stick up his ass about me asking what country he was from when I was surprised he'd said he'd never heard of AFI before.
