Israel has hit Iran and already screaming it’s the victim of the assumed retaliation which hasn’t manifested. No backing from the US on this one and that’s a relief.

Israel has launched widescale strikes against Iran, saying it targeted nuclear facilities, ballistic missile factories and military commanders and that this was start of a prolonged operation to prevent Tehran from building an atomic weapon

having spent the day in an unpleasant room full of people not required to grovel at him (the G-7); he needed the urgent attention of a room full of ass-kissers and thought the NSC would be the fastest way to get back on track
