You're right, but I think the point is that Harris just gave the biggest speech of her campaign last night to 75k in DC while standing in the very spot where Trump stood on January 6th and the media was still riding the anti-Trump high on the 'garbage island' joke... and now all that has disappeared from the news cycle because they "need" to deal with this instead.

The Nevada Supreme Court ruled Monday the state can count mailed ballots that arrive without a postmark up to three days after Election Day on Nov. 5.
What's the avenue to fraud here? Just the act of mailing your ballot a day late? What that means is that in Nevada people can potentially vote after seeing the rest of the country's returns. Unlikely, but the door for fraud is now open and in some states every vote will matter, particularly on down-ballot contests. And you just know MAGA will key in on things like this.
