"There's a respect there. And there is a respect for the process and the peaceful transition of power, which is why this recount by Jill Stein and now the Hillary (Clinton) people just is so confounding and disappointing. Their president, Barack Obama, is going to be in office for eight more weeks," Conway said. "They have to decide whether they're going to interfere with him finishing his business, interfere with the peaceful transition, transfer of power to President-elect Trump and Vice-President-elect Pence, or if they're going to be a bunch of crybabies and sore losers about an election they can't turn around."
Yup. Whenever I read about this stuff, I imagine the old film footage of the Manson Family in the street outside the courtroom singing and chanting, threatening untold destruction if Manson is convicted, holding donation cups and handing out homemade literature. It's not much different and it will be equally successful.elliseamos wrote:I believe it's an act and he's just fundraising.wease wrote:Has there ever, in the history of the world, been a bigger sore loser? Sorry but this is fantasy land stuff. Trump could very easily be president again in two years.Wendy Carlos's Twin wrote:Yup. From tonight's filing: The meeting in June about these documents that were national archive property and that we took to Florida illegally, was actually about us asking if we could keep them for the Trump Presidential Library (whenever it's built), not about us giving the rest of the documents back. The documents that we had, still, illegally. The continued Tale of Trump's Criming wrote:DJ on Truth Social: That's my resort and the documents you say I should not have still had in my resort, but I wouldn't have left them on the ground all messy like that.wrote:WSJ: It's all true, but there's only 67 classified documents and that's not a lot.wrote:Rudy: "He took the documents. https://www.politico.com/news/2022/08/3 ... s-00054369The attorney, Alina Habba, told a New York State court that on May 5, she conducted a search of Trump’s private residence and office at Mar-a-Lago that was so “diligent” it included “all desks, drawers, nightstands, dressers, closets, etc.” She was looking for records in response to a subpoena issued by New York Attorney General Letitia James, who is investigating matters related to the Trump Organization.
She’s saying she couldn’t find them, but Trump knew exactly where they were.B wrote:https://www.politico.com/news/2022/08/3 ... s-00054369The attorney, Alina Habba, told a New York State court that on May 5, she conducted a search of Trump’s private residence and office at Mar-a-Lago that was so “diligent” it included “all desks, drawers, nightstands, dressers, closets, etc.” She was looking for records in response to a subpoena issued by New York Attorney General Letitia James, who is investigating matters related to the Trump Organization.
Alina Habba couldn't find any documents, but the FBI comes in and finds a truckload in under an hour.
Yeah, I got a kid that looks for shit that way.
"Dad, I can't find the top secret document. It's completely gone! Someone stole it."
"Move your left hand 4 inches."
"That wasn't there!"
There seems to be confusion as to the 'picture' where documents were sloppily thrown on the floor and then released photographically for the world to see, as if that's what the FBI found when they broke into my home. Wrong!
They took them out of cartons and spread them around on the carpet, making it look like a big 'find' for them. They dropped them, not me — Very deceiving…
