Most Man U. fans in the states are people that don't really follow club ball, they just think it's the cool team to know about. In my experience, anyway

We get a lot of British and Scottish transplants at our bar during happy hour. Being so close to the MLS stadium, we’re among several serious football bars and we catch a lot of spillover from games. Today they came out of the woodwork. I think I even saw dime there at one point.

The Dynamo have very little support in Houston. It's sad. Granted it's always a billion degrees at their games but the stadium looks pretty nice.

Are you imploring people to attend MLS games?
MLS is what, about 6 levels down from the best soccer in the world? That they had the audacity to name the league “Major” league is so weak.

That's not the point. By definition, they are not minor league.

Pretty telling that that beautiful stadium Dynamo play in only sells out when it hosts a friendly between two Mexican teams. The MLS team here has a loyal following of hundreds if not thousands, but they are all concentrated near the stadium. Go outside of the soccer district and you don’t even find them on a bar tv.

It's out of control. Rapid City South Dakota will get a team next. I always tried to support the league a bit in addition to watching the real leagues but they aren't even trying anymore.
