Yeah, no. Hamburger steak has been around way longer than this gluten free bullshit. And growing up in PA we had it there too.

it definitely is a very cheap meal...it's not something i eat very often at all, i just had a hankering for it a few weeks ago

Im marinating some chicken overnight in some Cajun spice mix. Wanted to make gumbo but some of those ingredients are beyond my reach. Cajun chicken will do.
