Cheddar is overrated on foods with a lot going on. It’s best on crackers or something simple so you can appreciate the taste, especially sharp cheddars.

I think last night was the first time in my life that I sent a steak back to the kitchen..I ordered medium rare and was just under well done..the next thing you know the floor manager is coming over feeling horrified and asking me about it..I just said its way over cooked no big deal..5 minutes later the guy that cooked it came out to apologize..now I started feeling bad..anyway, I got the medium rare I wanted 20 minutes later..they comped my wife's little meal and a free drink...
