Yes. A GPS app.liebzz wrote:I am way too lazy to go back and figure this out. Is this an app?
Really easy to use and a great way to track your activity.

Re: The Running Thread
I just did this run. enoriverrun.com
Despite training for weeks on trails, I think it nearly killed me. No way I survive 3 more of these things.

Sorry, man.
Are you still gonna do that 50K or have you lost too much fitness?

Re: The Running Thread
As long as I get rid of this cold/flu mess this week I'm gonna do it. I did 15 miles on the race course last weekend and felt fine.

Re: The Running Thread
Am I screwed, r2d? 50k is this Saturday. My peak week was 53 miles (34 in one run), 3rd week of September. Since then my mpw has been 33, 30, 37, 20, 18, with long runs of 15 and 13. I super-tapered, that's all.

Re: The Running Thread
Honestly, I'd go for it.
I've had some of my best races under-trained and some of my worst doing 100+ mile weeks.
Start slow, talk to people, have fun, dude. If you feel good, pick up the pace. It's hard to crater in a 50K.
And don't overdo the carbo-load.
