I am way too lazy to go back and figure this out. Is this an app?

Yes. A GPS app.

Really easy to use and a great way to track your activity.

It still annoys me that our group is not RM only.

It defeats the purpose.

Why don't we just bring Rob to RM?

Rob has enough on his plate Reid and Mina is a girl so she's out.

I just did this run. enoriverrun.com

Despite training for weeks on trails, I think it nearly killed me. No way I survive 3 more of these things.

And I don't even know about Mina. How long have I been inactive?!

He's too busy running and handing out kudos to join another group.

I can't even remember a time when I was healthy.

Sorry, man.

Are you still gonna do that 50K or have you lost too much fitness?

As long as I get rid of this cold/flu mess this week I'm gonna do it. I did 15 miles on the race course last weekend and felt fine.

Am I screwed, r2d? 50k is this Saturday. My peak week was 53 miles (34 in one run), 3rd week of September. Since then my mpw has been 33, 30, 37, 20, 18, with long runs of 15 and 13. I super-tapered, that's all.

Honestly, I'd go for it.

I've had some of my best races under-trained and some of my worst doing 100+ mile weeks.

Start slow, talk to people, have fun, dude. If you feel good, pick up the pace. It's hard to crater in a 50K.

And don't overdo the carbo-load.
