SHouldn’t their actions prior to this have shown where they stand? Some of them have had decades to try and enact legislation and decided to do nothing until there is a photo op. Maybe they have truly had a moment of growth but if so, only because they believe this will help them get voted in this year. Eight years of Obama and it’s like they thought having a black president solved everything, or that’s how it seems based on their actions for those eight years.
Canada has the same thing with Trudeau. Photo ops a great game, his ground game is somewhat lacking though.
