They're leaving because they're going to make more fucking money doing their cancel culture pariah routine at another (or more likely, their own) outlet rather than as the rotten window dressing of "principled conservatism" at left-leaning publications. It's a grift, and the reported harassment is part of the act, so if you fall for it, you're a rube! Sorry!

Harassment of wrongthinkers at NYT is well documented, though that doesn't mean one can't exploit it.

She used some speficic language regarding the harassment, so it'll be interesting if she brings a suit against the Times. Whats the likehood of prevailing in a 'hostile work environment' suit when the harassment is not based on a protected status?

Maybe she is full of shit, I am more interested in employment law aspect as the well publicised cases tend to be based on the employees protected status (gender, race, etc).
