i've only made a couple different kimchi stews in mine that turned out great..i'll find the link...i'm also looking for a good korean bbq recipe for it..
it seems we always braise short ribs because its basically a no fail

Anyway, I was rearranging stuff in the kitchen and came across the immersion blender that has been used maybe once in the 7(?) years we have owned it and likely will never be used again.

I use the immersion blender probably 2-3 times a week, at least. I think we have two of them.

Wife bought one of these from Pampered Chef a few months ago. She was so excited, couldn't wait to get one, finally got one. It's still in the box. :shake:

We love our air fryer, but not sure if it's much different than a toaster oven.

Definitely overcooks fries if you aren't careful, but here's what I've found it handy for:

Reheating fries
Making scotch eggs
Bacon


Have only had ours since Christmas, so I'm looking forward to trying out stuff like fish and chicken in it.
