new toilet seat arrived but it is the wrong style

plumber put the wrong style name on the invoice

removed the old toilet seat and found the product number

ordered the correct one

should have just done that to begin with but i trusted the invoice description

is this a custom toilet seat or something you could get at walmart/lowes?

are you getting a heated seat?

it's a standard model type from kohler, sold at Home Depot

but there are minute differences between these two styles that matter to me: one is antimicrobial, and has a deeper angle of the seat which is more comfortable to sit in and helps occasional pee dribbles to fall into the bowl rather than sit flat and stain

hate it when people don't have slow close toilet seats and I slam that shit down after taking a piss
