Throwback is very catchy.

Also, back to MMJ, I have really been enjoying Phone Went West lately. I streamed a recording of the New Year’s 2017/18 show and it was a highlight amidst the bevy of covers they tossed into that set. They are really amazing live.

Sorry, it is pretty good quality so perhaps there is a nugs release associated with it? It is at least better than my old school bootlegs on Maxell XL II cassettes from audience recordings.

Upon further listens, I am really enjoying Uniform Distortion.

“New” album Uniform Clarity out 10/5. My understanding is that it is the Uniform Distortion tracks done acoustic with no buzzes and bells. Meant to be a counterpiece.

Sorry, meant to note it is a Jim James album.

Evil Urges in the car today. An under appreciated album. I feel like it gets better every listen.

Touch Me I’m Going to Scream Parts 1 & 2 I think are both great. Evil Urges is an excellent t album opener (though that is probably their strongest suit across albums), and I can even get down with Highly Suspicious. I do like the rock songs you noted as well though. It may not be my favorite of theirs but I really enjoy it nonetheless

I am pumped! Got tickets to Forest Hills in August. First time seeing them as a headlining act. Last full band show was in 2007. This will be fun.

My buddy pulled 4 front row tickets for us for night 1. Unfortunately, he realized after the fact that row 1 is ADA only He swears he didnt click the box for ADA.....

He ended up emailing the ticketing agency letting them know. We had hoped that by doing the right thing all would work out.

They refunded

there's talk of these being the last 3 shows for a very long time. Hopefully just rumors

Seems like there is always talk after they play a few shows. God I hope not though.
