And, yet, still no Chet Lemon. :(
He said he'd only play if he got to wear the shorts again.

For ease of scheduling, we may have it so that when you play an opponent you play them twice that day, home & away. If we take weekends off that'll put our postseason starting on October 27th. If we don't take weekends off, that'll have our postseason starting on October 22nd (allowing for a day-off in between the end of the regular season and postseason).

For what it's worth, this is the final slate of teams, as the deadline for signup was 3PM today:

Baltimore Orioles
Boston Red Sox
Chicago Cubs
Chicago White Sox
Cincinnati Reds
Cleveland Indians
Detroit Tigers
Houston Astros
Kansas City Royals
Montreal Expos
New York Yankees
Pittsburgh Pirates
Seattle Mariners
St. Louis Cardinals
Texas Rangers
Toronto Blue Jays

Good work, guys. I was thinking we'd end up with eight teams. Sixteen is impressive.

What's the hold up with the Chicago Cubs? That should be pretty easy. They have a ridiculously good all-star team.

Yes, him. He was a beast. Why?

Thanks, Chud. It was fun digging into some of the history of this franchise.

Well... at least I have the built-in excuse that I have a lot less history to work with. Some of these teams are just ridiculous.
