After initially being lukewarm over this album, it has now claimed a firm grasp on my sack. Price Tag and A New Wave are a step above the rest.
Anyone going to the DC show(s)? I missed out on buying tickets and they sold out fast as shit...not trying to pay $150 for a single, currently the going rate on StubHub

I still haven't listened to this album, I need to get with it! Especially considering I'm seeing them live in a few weeks. I did listen to 'Dig Me Out' last week, and hot damn, that album has still held up very well.

These guys played their first show since 06 last night in Spokane. No word on the set, though.

Very glad I decided to splurge for the deluxe vinyl. The extra disc has both songs on 1 side, and the other side has a cool piece of artwork printed on to the white vinyl. Nice stuff.
Great to see the first set from last night. I had a premonition they would use Modern Girl as a closer. Also happy to see One More Hour in the set. That was the (very emotionally charged) "last song ever" at the "last show ever" in Portland August 06.

According to another site Dig Me Out was the last song, not Modern Girl
I'm not sure what I think of this album. I haven't gotten it yet, but I've been listening to it on Spotify today (on my 3rd listen).
I think I like the first song, Price Tag, then it fizzles out a bit for me, but picks back up with No Anthems, Gimme Love, Bury Our Friends, Hey Darling, and Fade. So to sum it up, meh first half, and a stronger second half. To be fair though, I've been working while I'm listening, so a lot of this hasn't really sunk in yet.

The chorus to Hey Darling sounds vaguely familiar. Does it remind anyone of another song?

Put on a great show last night in Denver. Just wish it was longer.

How does one get their hands on the b-sides released with the new album?
