I think the main reason is the logistics of having a five show crossover, the fact that they are filmed on different ends of the continent and making every show a slave to the Arrowverse continuity....I bet its a different earth but they will wrap it in at some point. I'll prob binge it next summer on Netflix.

They could do it on the Supergirl Earth....she made a passing reference to Batman once.

Batgirl Loves Nightwing The Series this fall on the CW.
