God is in every cell. Ironically in every brain cell. and in air cells.

Every religion that says that their religion is
"the true religion" is, in and of itself, bogus.

Is the true God going to exclude half the world's population from getting into heaven? No.

Therefore, religion by its very essence, isn't right.

Listen, everyone has a prayer. Atheist or faith-based. Everyone wakes up in the middle of the night with a wish on their mind. That's a prayer.

I'm interested in the contemplative man. This is News & "Debate", I know, but I'm not here to argue. There is a lot to gain from learning how we each look inward. This thread is not a dead end. We can only move forward. It's a postive thing. If you have the nerve to do so, I want to read people spilling their guts. I could write for hours about my thoughts towards the possible infinite, but I don't always want to indulge myself. I want to hear everyone else. So please, share.

I don't believe I've ever seen it suggested or entertained the idea myself that a prayer was directed anywhere other than at a spiritual "other." Parlay with the maker, etc.

My cheerful Sunday morning thoughts.

I think the world is cold, dark, lonely, empty, uncaring, and infinite. .The world is a horrible enough place that any God that exists must either A: hate human beings or B: be so removed from us as to be utterly irrelevant. The only light that is going to fill it is what we make and share ourselves. Hopefully it is bright enough to enable us to ignore the darkness.
