Yea i'll need to know exactly which episodes to watch to get this. Thanks for the forthcoming list.
Just go in order - it's a good show, though I've found it really rises and falls on the villains

So, R2 goes to Dagobah with Yoda, but when Luke goes there, he acts like he's never been there and doesn't know Yoda.

Starting back at the beginning of the series now and watching all the ones I didn't watch thru my cherry picking episodes.

I'm wondering why they're calling Plo Koon Master Plo when everybody else is Master and their last name.

Remember.
Obi Wan says 'I don't ever remember owning a droid' and then remember droids are just appliances. They're just simple tools in this universe. It was always that way. All throughout the story. You can tell one white microwave apart from another? After years and years? No you couldn't.

You don't call your microwave "friend" either which Yoda called R2 many, many times during his end of series arc.

I don't like how much R2 is involved in all the pre-OT stuff. Not as bad as Annie building 3P0, but still pretty lazy & unbelievable.

It actually feels that outside of the Yoda arc and an episode here or there, as the series goes on he is less and less pivotal.

that's true, although I agree that R2 and 3pos general presence in the prequel stories is an irritant.

The entire saga was meant to be seen through R2s eyes. All of it. He retells it to someone 100 years after it happens. That was Lucas' plan all the way through though he never outlined how it was to happen.

the maul/savage/emperor fight was excellent. The choreography in some of these things is so great.
