They only work at PJ concerts. In real time, they convert the song they are playing to a 1995 live version

It's photoshop though. The e-mail features a larger image of the guy and the peculiar use of editing is obvious.
It's kind of ironic that the 10C would (inadvertently) promote such a body image.
