Finally watched this over the past week or so. Like Joey said, episode 3 hooked us in. The first couple episodes felt like they were trying to beat us over the head with the OMG THIS IS THE 80s!!! soundtrack. I also really enjoyed the 11 character. Ryder was over the top, but because I had read that ahead of time, i guess it didn't bother me as much as it would have otherwise.



Overall we enjoyed it. Probably never going to rewatch, but season 2 will be given a chance.

That's basically exactly where I'm at. The wife liked it more than I did. So I may rewatch it with her one of these days. But otherwise... you nailed it, Skitcher.

This was filmed in the Atlanta area with several scenes shot around my hometown. They're back for season two. Down the street from a pizza place I go to they've converted an old building into an 80s arcade.

It's just okay. There were some great things about it, though.

Good on netflix though for providing quality entertainment and business changing shows!

I will definitely tune in for S2 and give it a shot. I'm interested to see where they take things, how the build/expand the world/mythology.

I'm looking forward to it I really liked the first season.

I wanted this to be a one season thing, but wow...the season 2 trailer is better than any movie trailer I've seen in a long time.
