My cable went out at the very end last night. Please tell me Walter White was the Final Jeopardy answer.

We had a gubernatorial debate on from 7 to 8 last night so Jeopardy aired at 2am. It's on the DVR but I haven't watched it yet. Will report back.

It was.

Just watched Thursday's show. My first reaction to final Jeopardy was the wrong answer that all three contestants guessed, but I immediately corrected myself and came up with the right answer. Feels good to beat the chumps on the show.

Just an awful showing tonight.

Just happened upon it. The guy who wound up with -$2400 - I mean, I don't watch it with any regularity, but how often does that happen? I wonder if he killed himself after the show.

They did a PJ answer the other night on the show (maybe a few weeks ago). It was basically some pictures and then the contestant had to ask what band.

For PJ they did this:

When the kid on Monday made it a true daily double I was pretty impressed. He was sitting on 11K and was in first place by about 5K.

I too guessed San Juan and felt like a moron when Trebek said DC.

I try to randomly guess the final jeopardy answer based on the category before the clue is read. Last week or so it was 20th Century American Literature or something like that and I guessed The Grapes of Wrath and it was fucking right.

We do this every time. I think my record is something like 2-5,349...the last time I remember getting it right was this game right here: http://j-archive.com/showgame.php?game_id=958

Since we moved a few months ago, we haven't had the show recording on our DVR. So last night we decided to tune in and get the recording going again. When we saw that it was the Kids Tournament, we let out a collective "Noooooooo."

Some sneaky clue-writer was able to sneak "BBW" into today's episode.

Well, the Jeopardy round was easy.

Did alright in double jeopardy too.

My blind guess is: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
