I had an econ professor that said he did that every election. Split ticket all the way down, every time, every category (not just judges).

It's the best way I can think to honor my civic duty but also limit government without explicitly supporting republicans or democrats. Lord knows the Rs and Ds won't do it.

I hate early voting. Election Day shouldn’t be like tax day. I like the symbolism of the nation going to the polls together. But we don’t do anything together anymore, which is absolutely a factor in why the country is in the state it’s in.
