(Eddie does admit though that his voice wasn't feeling good on this show)
So did I!!!Birds in Hell wrote:Thanks for the heads up!upperdecker wrote:There is a truly impressive IEM mix of the May 13 Sacramento show that is "out there." It was recorded and mixed by hoserama, currently available at TTD. If you would like a wetransfer link, please PM me.
You just know I'm heading straight for that trainwreck version of Faithfull, I wonder if they'll drop it from the official boot.
I think this is a very good instance of Vedder pulling the mic away while singing parts he's choosing not to attempt any longer.oftheearth wrote:Listening back to some boots from 2008, kind of an overlooked tour imo. Can we talk about how amazing these versions of 'Who You Are'? Most notably the versions from Camden Night 1 and Mansfield Night 2.
Eddie also reaches some different heights on 'Light Years' on this tour where he just locks into the chorus that is a very different melody from the album version and any live version I've heard since.
And that’s even without the first ever performance of Arc, which was omitted from the bootleg. One of my favorite shows attended. Summer 03 was a special time indeed.mikejasond wrote:June 05, 2003 on Sirius XM today....
Man I love the 2003 tour - much more than 2000. The setlists are varied, interesting, Eddie sounds GREAT....studio wise I don't like this era, but live it's such a great time for the band.
Starting off with Better Man, Do the Evolution, a BLISTERING Save You, and then into Animal and Given to Fly O_O
im glad they ignored him because he was trying to play it way too fast.swan wrote:Listening to LA2, pretty funny how fast Matt comes in on MFC. Basically has to stop & restart to sync up with what the guitars are doing. All Those Yesterdays right after MFC is so great.
Seattle one is off to a fantastic start from what I just listened to tonight.Birds in Hell wrote:Haven't yet heard the whole thing - but man, but they're absolutely cooking at Seattle 1.
ed's voice is well and truly back by this show.lowlight79 wrote:Seattle one is off to a fantastic start from what I just listened to tonight.Birds in Hell wrote:Haven't yet heard the whole thing - but man, but they're absolutely cooking at Seattle 1.
