Vs, on the other hand, despite being a fantastic collection of masterpiece songs, cringes me out as an album title. It's such an unimaginative, in your face, straight forward "I'm against that". I like subtler stuff when it comes to naming things.

"Asylum" isn't subtle to me, but it's interesting

I like "Vs." as a pun; it could also be "verses", and there are a fair few songs on that album with an activist edge, so it's perfectly descriptive

If Asylum is a fake, Return To Form is still a possibility for album title. It could have multiple meanings like humans(Trump supporters) devolving and returning to form as ape people.

I could not fathom them calling an album 'Return to Form' I'd take 'Dick in a Box' over that.

Andrew Bird's My Finest Work Yet is a great album title.

The best album titles encapsulate the central theme of the album. That’s why I find albums after Riot Act have weaker titles. Binaural lacks that thematic link, referring to how the album was recorded rather than a key concept of what the album is talking about, not surprising given the tumultuousness of the time and and unclear direction. I still like Binaural as a title.

Vitalogy, No Code, and Yield are the best PJ album names.

Self-Titled is equivalent to them naming an album “Return to Form”

i just want them to stop trying to be a kewl rawk band.. it feels like they're trying too hard and it doesn't feel genuine to me

They need to stop being spritzy and stick with the schmaltzy.

At the end of the day, they don't need to do jack shit.
