reminds me of this sweet bastard from my glory days

O, I got a zoo, I got a menagerie, inside my ribs, under my bony head, under my red-valve heart—and I got something else: it is a man-child heart, a woman-child heart: it is a father and mother and lover: it came from God-Knows-Where: it is going to God-Knows-Where—For I am the keeper of the zoo: I say yes and no: I sing and kill and work: I am a pal of the world: I came from the wilderness.

i remember one year at our local parish's annual festival they had that ride. some girl was getting out of the car when the entire ride started to move pretty quickly. at its lowest point with the girl barely a foot away the momentum made the next car (with people in it) swing up and crack that girl square in the back of the head. they shut the ride down for the entire weekend. i remember being so pissed.wease wrote:I remember losing a pocket full of change on that damn thing.tragabigzanda wrote:The Zipper. A couple hundred over several years, claims of 'thousands' are unsubstantiated.
