Poison - Every Rose has its Thorn
Bon Jovi - I'll be There For You
Europe - Carrie
Stryper - Honestly
Pearl Jam - Sirens
Scorpions - Winds of Change
Extreme - More than Words
Tesla - Love Song
Foreigner - I Want to Know What Love Is
Kiss - Forever

It just hits exactly the right spot, y'know?
Bon Jovi - I'll Be There For You and Cheap Trick - The Flame need to be on this.

Always find myself really enjoying the drums in what I think is the pre-chorus and the first half of the chorus. And then Ed's singing of "I study your face."

Yeah Matt does a fairly decent job of this. No real complaints about his playing in this one.

Matt was one of the first things I liked about this song. He's great in the pre-chorus. That part's groovy, with the sixteenth-notes on the hi-hat and the bass drum and snare marking out the accents. Then he opens the hi-hat for the chorus, and then starts smashing the crash cymbal for the other chorus.

This song made me realise something about BoB's mixing of the drums though; he always turns the cymbals down to ridiculously low levels.

That was one of my main points for the drum tour. No room and minimal cymbals. I love cymbals (see Dave A)

And baby you're all that I want
When you're lyin' here in my arms
It isn't too hard to see
Hear the sirens.

I thought I liked this track, but skip it everytime, even when I am the bowl taking a dump. I did prefer it live, maybe it will grow on me, like a corn.

'sfunny, but to me talk of Sirens and taking a dump and little bits of corn just seems all together kinda natural, y'know?

My ring certainly ain't itchy anymore, anyhoo...
