Left hammy is finally starting to feel better.

Needed to burn some vacation time, so I took the rest of the week off and I will be running every day.

Weather is perfect.

-Do it alone (haven't found any friends willing to do it with me yet)
-Tell my wife I'm either going away alone for a 3-4 day weekend or that we're planning a mini vacation around a race
-Take on a course that is an order of magnitude more difficult than anything I have available to train on around here

Goes on sale on Black Friday and sells out in hours, so I gotta decide soon.
I have secured buy-in from all the necessary stakeholders (i.e. my wife). Now I just need to remember to sign up before it sells out.

6.5 today. I'm trying to pull back a bit this week and do some lower mileage than I've been doing lately.

Indeed.

He ran the Mogollon Monster earlier this year.

100 miles and 24K in climbing. Insane.

24k! Good god. That's 9 months of climbing for me.

Just hit 1000 miles for the year. Happy enough with that considering I missed 10 weeks or whatever at the beginning of the year.
