it's BPA-free... does that help?
Probably not.

I know.
who the hell wants to live forever, anyway?

I'm afraid of dying, but I think I'm more afraid to live forever...

No, sir. Not me. I'm not afraid of dying at all. It's gonna happen eventually. But if I could milk forever out of this live, you're goddamn right I would. Death isn't scary, but it is a bummer. I'd love to live forever.

Those last two posts of mine were merely quotes... IRL, I just want to go before my wife and kid do

I was kinda making a dark joke. My wife and I talk about this a lot. We both are pretty selfish about it. She hopes she goes first and I hope I go first. Because neither of us are sure we could handle losing the other one. Ideally, we'd go at the exact same time. But what are the odds of that? Outside of joint suicide, I mean.

I don't like thinking about myself or my loved ones no longer existing. Ugh.

It's possible, yeah. Hopefully it would be on the back from some place really great and not on the way there.

Having kids makes this whole predicament so much worse.

You guys need to start giving each other poison in the morning and then administer the antidote in the evening. The key is to keep the type of poison you are both using secret - that way if your wife dies during the day you won't be able to get the antidote and you'll dies as well.

No offense intended with this. It's obviously an unfair statement to make to someone without kids.

Nah, of course you want to go before your kids. No brainer. And they want the same. It's expected.

Sorry. I mixed up my quotes. I was referring to the whole "ceasing to exist" bummer.

I'd rather just cuddle up for a re-run of Mad Men, fall asleep together and just never wake up. But your way sounds fun too.
