Open face sandwiches where the bread is really hard to cut are super annoying.

Shouldn't even be called a sandwich!

Eggs on toast or avo toast are at every cafe here, and it’s always on sourdough where the crust is cement like. At least some places give you a serrated knife, but even then, it can be a battle.
