Re: NBA Thread
Few NBA players in my time as a fan have exceeded my expectations for them by as much as Steph Curry. I thought his realistic best case scenario was 6th man on a title contender/"star" of a really bad team. Man was I wrong.

A product of hard work, the right team, and the evolution of pro basketball. I love to be proven wrong too. My predictions were right along with yours.Lament wrote:Few NBA players in my time as a fan have exceeded my expectations for them by as much as Steph Curry. Re: NBA Thread
The importance of the 3 point shot in todays nba really elevated him to superstar. Im surprised teams dont try and pound on him more. Or maybe he takes contact on his drives well enough I just dont notice.

So refs call a goaltend on lebron. Lebron and crowd complain. Refs talk about it. Replay confirms goaltend.
The call:inadvertent whistle.
What a joke

Re: NBA Thread
If chris paul cant play this series is over quick. Game one is already a loss with nepotism running point.

I think he is way tougher/stronger than his slight frame would let on.verb_to_trust wrote:The importance of the 3 point shot in todays nba really elevated him to superstar. Im surprised teams dont try and pound on him more. Or maybe he takes contact on his drives well enough I just dont notice.
