I need some more surfing movies to watch, when i can afford to pick them up i think ill get the endless summer movies next
I used to love The Endless Summer movies - the 2nd one has dated a lot worse than the first I think

There was a surf movie called North Shore that I loved as I kid. I probably watched it 30 times. No idea how it's aged or if it was crap even back then but I dug it.
Never heard of this one - might have to see if I can dig it out. The only issue I have watching these films is it just makes me get frustrated that I don't get the chance to head out for a surf much these days
North shore is my favorite surfing movie that I've seen, though chasing Mavericks is close, but i think north shore is my favorite because i watched it so much growing up, its basicly the surfing version of rad so its very dated and corney but i love it.

North Shore is on Cinemax this month watched it last night.

to me 'do i look like i'm ready for homework?' hits with more impact than 'you can't handle the truth'

Recently watched
Dallas Buyers Club which was excellent!!!
The Book Thief - it was watchable, but very light given the setting

Watched Catching Fire last night. I really dug it. These Hunger Games movies are turning out much better than I ever could have expected.

I think most people felt that way. I really enjoyed the first one, though. But, yes, this one is better.

Hopefully the next two movies will be better than the third book. The third book was bad.
