He'll do whatever gets him the most attention from his adoring fans, but I don't think running away is what will do that.

If it’s campaign finance stuff, that would make it felony surely. They’re not gonna waste time on a misdemeanor.

The funny part is that he didn't even need to cover anything up. We learned his base is unfazed by this stuff. So the attempt to make it go away and get "creative" w/ the accounting is really the mistake here. Poor judgement.

The other cases (Georgia, classified docs) are more serious than this.

Apparently they requested he show for his arraignment today and he’s already pushed it to Tuesday saying the Secret Service can’t do it today.

You think this will resolve anything? It's only going to get so much worse.

Honest question: how does the court differentiate between what trump did and what his business/agents/lawyers/employees/etc did? I assume in an org that big, he would do nothing of substance… like would he actually know what his records say well enough to know something was fraudulent?

Of course not. He doesn’t even know 5+2=7. There’s no way he can keep up with the day-to-day of running a worldwide business operation. Any kind of success he’s ever had is due to his dad or the business people he’s surrounded himself with.

Trump has publicly insisted all along he is in control. So you gotta go with it.

Also, we still don’t know what the indictment counts are. It’s still possible the Stormy Daniels piece is a small part of a larger picture or scheme. You kind of need to know what the indictment is for before we start damning the process (and note the Grand Jury indicted him, not the DA - the DA provided the evidence and and sought the charges).

A grand jury would indict a ham sandwich
