Emily, The Criminal.

Great movie, very well done, great character and Plaza gives one of her best performances yet.

Over the past couple of weeks I've watched the Night at the Museum series with my kids. Mostly better than I remember them being and the kids absolutely loved them

Watched some random shit called Wander last night. I thought Tommy Lee Jones playing an old Hunter S Thompson lookalike and Aaron Eckhart as a schizo conspiracy guy would be fun to watch, but it's really amateurish stuff. I know they'll both take any job they can get, but have some standards!

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Got 26 movies from 2009 left to see on my current list, to finish off that decade.

Had some other 2000-2009 movies (non 2009) to catch up with. The final two are Crash and Lord Of War. Will watch those next.

I feel like when Anders reaches 2022 movies it triggers the end of the world.

We’ll see.

Finished both Crash and Lord Of War now. Both good movies. Second viewing of each.

Will continue with 2009-movies next.

Clerks 3 is worse than bad. It is fucking vile. I don't know what's wrong with Kevin Smith's brain that he felt this was an acceptable product to put out. Tossed together haphazardly, amateurish beyond belief (even more so than the first one, at least in writing), CHEAP and ridiculously saccharine in its emotional beats, no rhyme or reason to it. Treacly, in a very cynical way. Just trash, his worst film yet. And I am watching it again in St Louis because my friend bought tickets to his screening/Q&A roadshow.

Also, "Just Breathe" is in this, and the transition from the scene before it is ROUGH.
