I get that he was hired at the last minute, and I'm sure he didn't want to turn down the money or the chance to be seen by millions.
However, the material was flat-out bad. It was like watching someone at an open mic night, bad.
It was so bad that as the night went on it seemed like he said less and less, and just introduced the presenters.
blame the globes for dragging their feet and not finding a host sooner. blame koy for accepting the job with two weeks to prepare. blame his writers.
it was very bad.

I seem to vaguely remember him from something sometime in which he was safe and unfunny, so it's no surprise he's more of the same here
